The voucher acts as payment for your chosen service. Each voucher features a unique number and can only be used once, in one visit, and cannot be exchanged for money. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void. This voucher can be exchanged for a monetary voucher of the same value.
