Advance reservations are essential. Please book well in advance and advise us of your voucher number on booking. You must bring your voucher with you when you visit and hand it in on arrival. The voucher acts as payment for your chosen service. Each voucher features a unique number and can only be used once, in one visit, and cannot be exchanged for money. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void. This voucher can be exchanged for a monetary voucher of the same value.
